In-App Purchases & Coins

1. Miss Call operates a coin-based system:

Users earn free coins via rewarded ads.

Additional coins can be purchased securely through the app.

2. Coins are virtual currency:

Used exclusively for in-app video calling services.

Coins do not have real-world monetary value.

Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

2. Refund Eligibility

Miss Call does not provide refunds for:

Coins purchased but already used

Coins earned via ads

Expired or lost coins due to user error


Refund requests may only be considered in rare cases of:

Technical errors during the purchase process (e.g., double charge by the payment gateway)

Payment not received but deducted from the user’s account

 

Note: Any refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.

Proof of purchase (receipt, transaction ID)

2. Our support team will verify the request and coordinate with the payment gateway for potential refunds.

4. The process may take up to 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

4. No Liability for Coin Loss

Miss Call is not responsible for:

Loss of coins due to app errors, device issues, or user mistakes

Technical issues during video calls that prevent coin usage


Users are advised to ensure stable internet connection and proper device functionality while using coins.

5. Payment Gateway Disputes

All in-app purchases are processed via trusted third-party payment gateways.

Any disputes regarding transactions should first be raised with support@misskall.com before contacting the payment provider.

6. Policy Updates
